Recently, the Ministry of Transport officially issued
the "Administrative Measures for Highway Maintenance Engineering", further strengthening
and standardizing the management of highway maintenance projects, aiming to improve
the quality and efficiency of maintenance
This shows that during the ‘13th Five-Year Plan’ period,
the road maintenance industry will face greater opportunities and challenges.
Widely recognized by owners, construction units and scientific
research professionals among the asphalt pavement maintenance industry, Green City
Construction-4th Asphalt Pavement Maintenance Conference will be held on March 28-29
,2019 in Shanghai, reviewing, summarizing and promoting the innovations achieved
in this field over the past year and provide an academic platform for the theoretical
and practical exchange of results and training for the asphalt industry.
With the theme of ‘Improving maintenance quality and
